Located in Ottawa our goal is to provide, within the limits of our mandate, the best possible atmosphere and service to our clients needing specialized medical care not available in their home communities. At Larga Baffin, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of service possible and are dedicated to providing our team with continuous training and support.

We have essentially become a community in the south, housing our client base who travel from the Qikiqtani Region of Nunavut. Larga Baffin Ltd. administers a secure facility with over 92 staff operating 24 hours day / 365 days a year.

Message

Entrusted by the Larga Baffin Ltd. Board of Directors, we are here to provide medical boarding home services to our clients who travel from Qikiqtani region of Nunavut for medical services not available to them in their communities of Nunavut.

Our Clients travel thousands of miles to seek medical services in unfamiliar big city that maybe a culture shock for many coming from communities where there could be less than 500 people in a community.

Our goal is to provide a home like atmosphere in a cultural setting familiar to them, all the while providing transportation and Kitchen services to meet their dietary needs including providing country food whenever possible all the while during the most difficult times of their health care journey’s.
